A former Vice President of a major multinational corporation, he offers solutions based on his experience and expertise derived from his oversight of thousands of employees and the management of thousands of wells, which combined to produce millions of tons of crude oil annually. Throughout his career he has promoted countless initiatives in upstream project portfolio management, mission-critical strategy and operation models, streamlined large project management methodologies, value-based mergers and acquisitions, improved corporate efficiency and cost minimization, institutional reorganization and capacity development, and capital investment.

Evgeny brings nearly 20 years of experience in project management, finance, and mergers and acquisitions derived from a fast-track career spanning innovative initiatives in multinational investment, deep-water extraction, oil-field operational efficiency, and strategic planning.
A former Deputy Chief Financial Officer, he brings insight and financial solutions derived from his experience leading cross-border extraction projects spanning Europe, Africa, and the Americas. He is unique among his peers in his passion for seeking out new challenges and opportunities and his willingness to get his hands dirty. Whether it is onsite in an oil-field or the superstructure of a drillship, he knows how to link the work with the results.
Evgeny earned an MBA from Moscow State University of Management and a PhD from the Tumen Oil and Gas State University.
